The average price of residential land in Hofu City is ¥27,122 per m² (about ¥89,660 per tsubo), based on 32 sites in the official land price surveys (2026).
Land prices in Hofu City have risen by +1.1% on average over the past year. Over five years the change is +3.4%.
The median price of pre-owned condo transactions in the last two years is ¥185,714 per m², with a median price of ¥13.0 million (37 transactions, MLIT Real Estate Information Library).
The Fudosan Zukan model projects residential land prices to change by +0.6% a year, reaching about ¥28,904 per m² in 10 years (range ¥23,701–¥34,107). Forecasts are projections, not guarantees.
