Terms of use

These terms govern the use of "Fudosan Zukan" (the "Service") operated by CLT合同会社.

1. Information on the Service. Estimated prices and forecasts are reference information calculated by our model from public data. They do not guarantee actual sale prices or appraisal values and are not appraisals under the Act on Real Estate Appraisal. Forecasts are projections, not guarantees.
2. Prohibited conduct. Do not interfere with the Service, collect its data in bulk by automated means, or use it to defame others or infringe their rights.
3. Disclaimer. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Make decisions on buying, selling, investing or borrowing at your own responsibility, with professional advice where appropriate.
4. Changes. We may change these terms; changes take effect when posted.
5. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance. The Japanese version of the terms prevails.
