The average price of residential land in Fukui is ¥34,213 per m² (about ¥113,101 per tsubo), based on 210 sites in the official land price surveys (2026).
Land prices in Fukui have fallen by -0.1% on average over the past year. Over five years the change is -2.5%.
The median price of pre-owned condo transactions in the last two years is ¥238,095 per m², with a median price of ¥15.0 million (71 transactions, MLIT Real Estate Information Library).
The Fudosan Zukan model projects residential land prices to change by -0.3% a year, reaching about ¥33,136 per m² in 10 years (range ¥27,172–¥39,100). Forecasts are projections, not guarantees.
